Overview
A women’s accessories and fashion business — an emotional, seasonal category with fierce competition and a distracted customer. Work ran from 1 October 2025 through early May 2026. The goal was to leave one-off ad campaigns behind and design a growth system that turns the store into a sustainable, compounding sales engine.
The Challenge
- Price resistance and a differentiation crisis from cheap lookalikes and constant price wars.
- Fragile acquisition: total dependence on META, exposed to algorithm shifts and bidding spikes.
- Creative drought, falling ad engagement, and rising cost per click.
- Low basket value — customers bought one cheap piece per order.
- Weak digital storefront: visitors bounced before checkout and sales were lost.
The Approach
- Shift from product display to a full emotional-value system that ends price wars, on four pillars: brand identity, growth-driven content, performance marketing, and sales operations.
- Repositioned the brand as premium from day one so customers buy without over-indexing on price.
- AI-supported content matrix: VO storytelling with creators, plus hundreds of AI videos and images to stop creative fatigue.
- Broke META monopoly: budgets across Google Shopping, YouTube, Snapchat, and META to reach ready-to-buy audiences.
- Shopify store engineered for checkout CRO, with strict tracking for clean data.
- Bundle engineering from user behavior so matching pieces could be added in one click — lifting AOV.
